From students to retirees, Olive Tree Property Management has a home or apartment for you. We serve residents in the San Gabriel Mountains of California with hands-on, experienced property management and real estate services. We have been a part of this community for over 45 years, many of which were spent connecting tenants with quality rental properties.

We are proud of our tenant-focused services that respect the needs and privacy of our residents.

Our roster of rental properties is terrific for students, single professionals, young married couples, and retirees. We have student housing opportunities within the proximity of the Art Center of Design, Azusa Pacific University, and Pasadena City College.

What are your business hours?

By appointment only.
How do I pay my rent?

Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.
1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
What do I need to do to submit my application?
- Separate application for each adult
- Proof of Income (2-mo. pay stubs) (each applicant)
- Copies of ID
- Credit report (Min. FICO of 725)
- Pet application if applicable (pet fee may apply)
- Photo of each pet
